Toledo Pools takes a strategic phased approach to bring your dream pool project to life. Our carefully planned process ensures a seamless and efficient progression from concept to completion, allowing you to enjoy your new pool with confidence.
Phase 1: Planning

Consultation/Discovery
Meet with our team to discuss the vision you have for your space, review our product line and establish a budget.
02.
Establish Budget
We will provide a budgetary estimate based on your vision. from there we can adjust features and design to accommodate your budget.
03.
Design
Our design team will take your vision and apply our experience to create a functional yet personalized oasis.
04.
Permits and Approval
Our team will create the necessary drawings and obtain all necessary permits. We will provide the layout drawings for you to obtain your HOAs approval.
05.
Scheduling
Once all of the necessary approvals and permits are obtained and your project material is received, we will schedule your installation.
Phase 2: Construction
01.
Layout
Before construction commences, we will lay the pool out in your yard and get final approval before breaking ground.
02.
Excavation/Pool Base
IT'S TIME! Our team begins excavation of your new pool. once the hole is dug, we begin preparing the base for your pool to set on.
03.
Set Pool/Plumbing
Our team carefully sets your pool shell and begins making all of the plumbing and electrical connections for your pools circulations system and lighting.
04.
Backfill/utilities
Backfilling is one of the most critical steps. we methodically backfill the pool and compact the stone to minimize future settling.
05.
Concrete/Final Touches
Our concrete crew forms and pours your concrete pool deck. We will also put the finishing touches on any water features or detail work.
Phase 3: Start Up
01.
Start pool equipment
Once the electrical and gas line connections are made, our team will start up and program your pool equipment.
02.
Clean and detail pool
After we are done with the finishing touches, we will come and give your new pool a thorough cleaning to ensure it is ready for the inaugural cannon ball.
03.
Owner Orientation
A member of our team will schedule a time to give a comprehensive overview of your new pool and answer any question you have.
04.
Water Testing / Start-up Chemicals
A water chemistry test kit and start up chemicals are provided as part of our pool package. We will go over this in detail to ensure you have a good understanding of the basics.
05.
Warranty Registration
At orientation we will handover a document with all of your pool and equipment serial numbers and instructions on registering your warranties.
Phase 4: Support
01.
Detailed Product Manual Provided
We provide a detailed owners manual for your new pool and all associated equipment.
02.
Online "Owners Corner"
In addition to your owners manual, we have a web page dedicated to you. It contains all of our product manuals, warranty information and how-to guides.
03.
Network of Pool Stores
We have a good relationship with locally owned pool stores in the Toledo area. These stores offer water testing and pool chemicals at reasonable prices.
04.
Service Team
We offer full service for all of the pools we have built. We also stock common spare parts to ensure your pool is running at its best all summer long.
05.
Seasonal openings and closings
We offer seasonal openings and closings to all of our customers ensuring your pool is properly winterized and ready for summer.
