  • A bed of gravel is laid to provide a stable base. Screed bars guide the slope, and the gravel is compacted for stability.

4. Fiberglass pool shell delivery and placement

  • The fiberglass pool shell arrives on a specialized trailer and is lifted into place by a crane.

5. Plumbing and backfilling the fiberglass pool shell:

  • Plumbing involves fitting a skimmer box, installing suction and return fittings, followed by PVC pipe installation. Backfilling with gravel stabilizes the pool while filling with water.

6. Reinforcement and rod-locked bond beam preparation

  • After backfilling, rebar reinforcement is attached to the pool perimeter. Gravel is removed from under the pools top beam to ensure it will be encased in concrete.

  • Forms are installed on the pool to create the poured concrete coping. the pool deck is formed creating the shape of your new pool deck. once the electrical bonding is inspected, the pool coping and concrete deck are poured.
