Pool

 

  • One piece Barrier Reef Fiberglass Pool shell

  • Choose from one of six shimmering gelcoat pool finishes

  • Handrail

  • Dedicated freight from our distribution yards to your home


Pool Equipment

 

  • 1HP pool pump

  • 200SF cartridge filter

  • 250K BTU heater

  • Automatic chlorine dispenser

  • 2" check valve

  • Timer for pump schedule


Sitework/Installation

 

  • All labor to install the pool

  • Excavation

  • Hauling of excess dirt

  • Stone base (100% chipped limestone)

  • Stone backfill (100% chipped limestone)

  • 2" rigid PVC plumbing

  • Ground water management system

  • Rebar locked collar

  • Poured concrete cantilever coping

  • 4' concrete apron around pool

  • Rough finish grading (Close to finish but may need some finish grading before the yard is planted)

  • Electrical allowance

  • Gas line allowance
